You don’t have to be a Master Sushi Chef to own a Tokyo Sushi Express.
Tokyo Sushi Express does not require franchisees to have any experience in preparing sushi. Or even in the restaurant industry! In fact, most of our partners did not know the first thing about how to prepare sushi.
We provide an intensive four weeks (more if needed as we want you to feel confident) of training at one of our operating restaurants, where we will teach you how to expertly prepare and serve our brand’s products.
We will work with you in every role on how to manage your Sushi Shop business.
